How to Connect

1. Be sure that your device is turned on Wi-Fi mode and open your wireless network.
2. Select and approve the hotel’s wireless network “GSH_Guest”. A portal login will appear.
3. Connect using authorization code “1214queen”.
4. Please accept the terms and conditions. Click the “Submit” button.

TV Instructions

Please follow these instructions when using your guestroom TV:

1. Make sure the TV is off and the cable box has a red light
2. Press WATCH CABLE on the remote
3. Wait about 10 seconds for the Samsung logo to appear and the cable to turn on

If the WATCH CABLE does not work, please follow these steps:

1. Press TV and then POWER
2. Wait until the Samsung logo appears on the screen and then wait a few seconds
3. Press CABLE and then POWER
4. Cable should turn on in a few seconds
